Healthcare is one of Nectar's biggest client bases, so we built a video to speak directly to their biggest pain point: burnout.
Approach
We investigated America's nursing crisis, considering burnout and toxic workplaces as some of the leading reasons nurses are leaving the field. We interviewed three nurses alongside Dr. Katie Boston-Leary, Senior VP of the American Nurses Association, to unpack the causes and possible solutions.
